Run For Moore - Sponsor me please!!!

With only 6 weeks until the event and having just decided to enter I need to get cracking on the training!

The event is a 5K run around Blackheath in aid of the Bobby Moore Fund, a charity researching bowel cancer.

As you will all know I aint no racing snake and some serious training is needed!!
