This years golf day is being organised. It's at Upchurch again on 25th July.

Cost will be about £40 for breakfast, golf and dinner.

As mentioned above the golf day has been arranged. I think everybody who attended last year would agree it was a good day and something we are trying to make an annual event to enhance the social scene at the club.

The golf day will be Friday 25th July 2008 held at Upchurch River Valley Golf Course. The cost of the day is £40 which includes breakfast, 18 holes and a three course meal.

After the meal there will be presentation of the awards and a chance to have a few beers.

Further to my previous note will there be a prize for the most lost balls? Does it count if you loose a good one but end up with a new rubber one someone found for you?

I am holding out for the most obscure dietary requirments, plus spooner at golf award, though I will freely admit it's a long shot.

Gentleman,

We now need to start getting the payment in for the golf day on Friday. We need to meet at Upchurch Golf Course around 8:15am for a breakfast at 8:30am.

The first four ball goes out at 9:30am.

Dinner at 16:00pm

Drinking commences until the early hours

Cash on Wednesday will be fine as we have the AGM so Cid will be there to take it away from Fielding who would spend it!haha

It will be an hour or so of training on Wednesday then the AGM otherwise we will all be there till 10pm or later if Fanny starts talking.

We have 23 playing golf with Swain, Fanny & Nyron coming along for the jokes. Think they forecast sunshine with some thundery showers on Friday so im not playing with Sav as that big'un will defo get the lightening bolt with a steel golf stick in his hand!!! Right up ya Savage.
