Well done to all the lads that played on Saturday, it's a good step forward for the club.
There will be a game next Saturday so don't make any other arrangements!
Considering none of you had played together before i think it was an encouraging performance.
The team needs to grow so make sure everyone does their best to recruit someone! This is the ideal environment to get some rugby experience and have a laugh at the same time. Previous experience isn't necessary just some enthusiasm.
Who would have said Elks had never played before? He looked like he knew what he was doing and even made some fine attacking runs.
If the inexperienced players try and get to training on Tuesdays they may actually learn something!
hopefully Pippa the skippa will post his thougths here too!!

I HAVE JUST READ THE MATCH REPORT AND I AM SURE THAT THE FIRST HALF DOMINATION OF THE FORWARDS WAS SECURED THROUGH THE ROCK SOLID COAL FACE DOMINATION. AFTER ALL THAT IS WHERE THE GAME IS WON AND LOST!
GOOD TO SEE SOME NEWBIES OUT TO PLAY AND JAMES HOLBROOK SEEMED TO HAVE A GOOD GAME AND ENJOYED HIMSELF HOW DID THE PHOTOS PAN OUT?
